Cancellation

All customers who book one of our products adhere to our cancellation policy which is provided with each booking.

Free of charge cancellation

1. If there's heavy rain, high winds or adverse weather on the day of your event, please contact us prior to 8 am on the booking day and we will cancel your hire. Your deposit will not be refunded however it may be transferred to a future hire / event.
2. If you notify us that you no longer require your items and give us 7 days notice. Your deposit will not be refunded however it may be transferred to a future hire / event.
3. Bad weather policy. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time i.e. in really bad weather (if more than light shower we may cancel for safety reasons.). In the unfortunate event that there is bad weather, we do not offer refunds of deposit (£15).

Rain covers are for light showers only; the inflatable should not be used in heavy rain. We will not be held responsible for bad weather ruining your day. However we will be more than happy to re-book your castle at no extra cost.

Cancellation Fees

1. If we arrive to deliver your bouncy castle/inflatable on the hire day but are unable to set up due to insufficient space (see FAQ’s for sufficient space, link) full payment of the booking is required.
2. If you cancel your order within 48 hours of your scheduled booking date your £15 deposit will be lost.
